The daily routine of human beings requires the overexploitation of certain natural resources and causes environmental pollution on the planet, which weakens it by leaps and bounds. Consequences of this are climate change, indiscriminate logging, the loss of biodiversity in soils and seas… People’s health is also affected, since toxic residues have been discovered in the food we consume and this has caused the appearance of various diseases, some fatal.

It is in our hands to prevent the degradation of our home from reaching sadly irreversible limits. To do this, at Los Olivos we respect and pamper the environment, instilling in our visitors a love for nature and ways of caring for it. To do this, in the camps and school visits we use recycling exercises and explanations on the management of resources in homes, as well as agricultural and livestock activities that respect the environment and living beings. We collaborate altruistically in the Life + Rabiche project, which protects this species of pigeon that was in danger of extinction.

We have an environmental risk management and environmental impact reduction policy associated with our activities, achieving optimization of resource management through their rational use and reducing the probability of environmental risk situations, such as emissions or spills.

We treat our products in a completely natural way, avoiding the use of chemicals, and the result is food of the highest quality, both in healthiness and in taste and texture. We also reuse the waste resulting from this activity, which we transform into compost for sustainable agriculture.
